Put the survey right beside the hero so the first screen immediately explains the idea: memory divergence shown visually, one effect at a time, with a timeline teaser at the end.
The survey now sits beside the hero. Each effect can load two images: the currently accepted version and the commonly remembered version, with a draggable reveal slider between them.
This is based only on the first ten effects. Create an account to save your real responses, answer the deeper survey, and compare how many other members line up with the same pattern in your region.
Once the user is pulled in by the compare-slider survey, the rest of the homepage can support it with split-memory charts, activity heat, and the account upgrade path.
Graphic support under the fold: enough to reinforce the concept without competing with the survey card.
